Wow what an amazing blog!! I have been watching a history series on the Tower of London! An amazing place, a bit bloody in parts of time. I wonder if you saw the Ravens? One guard is a keeper of the Ravens and he had a baby Raven called Poppy living in his house until it was big enough to live with the others. One Raven does not like living with the others so she goes to bed in her own 'hole' in the wall by the 'Queen's Residence" It has been cold here, we have been skiing twice so fun. HI Jo! Thanks for that comment. That was cool to hear about the Ravens. I did see a Raven. When we went to the beasts of London Exhitbit at the Museum of London we learned even more about the Tower of London animals. We learned the guards used to give them alcohol! But many of them died because it was the wrong thing to feed them.
