Survey... What's the probability of Gambling Making you Happy?

When we went to Vegas I saw lots of people sitting at slot machines and it seemed like most of them weren't looking like they were having much fun.

So I decided to do a survey to figure out what the probability was of gambling making you feel happy or sad.  I know that in Vegas 'the house always wins' which means the casinos always make more money than the people.  So I thought it was most likely most people would lose and it would make them sad.

Hypothesis

Gambling will make most people feel sad.  

Method

At six different times I walked through casinos and looked at the people who were gambling.  I counted the happy people and I counted the sad people and wrote down the totals.   I also wrote down the time.

Results

Below you can see my results.  I discovered that if you gamble you have a 10.7% probability of being happy and a 89.3% probability of being sad.

I think you shouldn't gamble!  It's a scam to take away your money.
